Jimmy Perkins and Ryan Stines formed their relationship through Jimmy’s role as an Assistant Coach and Ryan’s playing career the past 5 years at the University of Utah. Upon Ryan’s graduation in 2026, they decided to become partners with a shared vision to create Complete Lacrosse. The mission of Complete Lacrosse is to provide an outlet for athletes who want to become complete lacrosse players by training all aspects of the game intentionally.

Jimmy’s 7-year playing career at Robert Morris University and the University of Utah, along with years of Assistant Coaching at the Division 1 level, gives the staff a level of expertise that can first-hand take players from one level to the next. The influence of Jimmy’s blueprint assisted Ryan in becoming a professional lacrosse player for the Utah Archers.

While playing at the University of Utah, Ryan studied kinesiology with a coursework emphasis in exercise programming. The two had a clear shared vision for the future of lacrosse training in Utah, so they set out to serve the developing players in Utah who have their eyes on the next level.

Creating complete lacrosse players comes from training with intention and prioritizing all aspects of the athlete. The Complete Lacrosse Framework, molded by Ryan and Jimmy, doesn’t simply maximize skill development; it brings intention to all sides of training. From priming your body to train, utilizing proper drill selection, incorporating doses of strength and conditioning, and stimulating mental growth, Complete Lacrosse helps you to maximize your full potential with one mantra in mind: “just get better.”
