What we offer

Contract Jimmy and Ryan to come work with your team at your facilities or a neutral site. Best for school teams, club programs, or small groups looking for off-season training opportunities or in-season prep.

Contact us (contact page) to receive email notifications for training block availability and signup. Training blocks are typically 4-week cycles (1-2x per week) involving both skill development and strength & conditioning. Training blocks will rotate based on our skill-development emphasis, and our S&C work will align with our current emphasis.

60-minute sessions: 1-on-1 coaching from Ryan for 1 hour. Sessions include close evaluation and guidance for lacrosse-specific skill development only.
90-minute sessions: Individual or small group coaching from Ryan, including a 1-hour lacrosse-specific skill development session and a 30-minute strength and conditioning block. Our Strength and Conditioning programs are developed based on age groups, while focusing on explosiveness, rotational power, resiliency, and lacrosse-applicable conditioning. Available when purchasing 3 or more sessions initially.
